Care Care Garage in Switzerland, they wanted a vintage style, badge logo for their business. The lettering for “Car Care” is custom typography made and edited with Glyphs App (Font editor). Coloring and composition is made with Adobe Illustrator. For the badge frame I have combined a pentagon and an oval shape where the top of the pentagon represents the garage building and frames the car graphic element. Car is a tone reduction from reference images of a 72′ Dodge Challenger that is an iconic old timer to emphasise the importance of car care and maintenance not just functionally but aesthetic and appearance that is their services about – polishing waxing bodywork etc. Color choice is blue for clean and shine red is to draw attention white is for contrast and pop.
